Presentations outdoors can be difficult, but not impossible. Our Event Planner works with you and your staff to insure sound systems, if required, are in place. Keep in mind that display screens are also difficult to set up outside, and can be difficult to manage if the wind picks up.

Mountain Tents and Events are experts in corporate events such as barbecues, picnics, and customer appreciation events.  These types of events often require less work on your part. Barbecues and picnics leave you the option of providing the catering or implementing a potluck style buffet. We have access to and work with the best in caterers in the Highlands, Cashiers, and Sapphire Valley area.

When hosting outdoor events, make sure to provide maps to the location, with instructions to the specific area of the facility where the event will be held. We can always host a special web page just for your party or event with special instructions for your guest!
